Losing or gaining weight is rarely just about food.

It is about habits built over years, the relationship we have with what we eat, stress and sleep, and how our bodies respond to change. It is about understanding what your body needs, not following a plan designed for someone else.

This is where we start.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, or simply reach a place where your body feels balanced and your energy feels steady, we build a programme around you: your starting point, your lifestyle, your goal. No generic plans. No forbidden foods. No unrealistic expectations.

What we focus on

Together, we look at where you are today: what you are currently eating, how your body is responding, what is working, and what isn’t. We establish a clear and realistic goal, and we build a plan to get there, one that fits your life, not one that asks you to overhaul it overnight.

We work on understanding the fundamentals: analysing the ideal distribution of protein, fats, and carbohydrates specifically for you, because each person’s needs are slightly different. We look at how to build meals that keep you satisfied and energised, and how to make choices that feel sustainable rather than restrictive. Food is not the enemy, and nothing is forbidden. Everything in moderation, with an understanding of why that matters.

As we progress through the programme, we adjust. What works in week one may need to evolve by week five. That flexibility is built into how we work together.

What this programme is not

This is not a crash diet. It is not a calorie-counting exercise. It is not a promise to lose 15 kilos in two months. Rapid weight loss is rarely sustainable and often counterproductive: the body resists it, and the habits that led to the original situation remain unchanged.

Instead, I offer a commitment to slow, steady, sustainable progress. The kind that lasts. We work at a pace that your body and life can support, with a plan tailored to your individual lifestyle, starting point, and the level of commitment you are ready to bring. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. What we build together reflects who you are and what is genuinely achievable for you.

Who is this for?

This track is for anyone, regardless of age or gender, who wants to reach a healthier weight and build the knowledge and habits to maintain it. If you are over 40 and weight management is part of a broader concern about your health and energy as you age, you may also want to explore the Ageing Well track. If you are navigating perimenopause or menopause, the dedicated track for that life stage may be a better starting point.

Not sure which is right for you? That is exactly what the discovery call is for.
